Where I live the speed limit is 75 and some western states such as Nevada have sections of highway without a speed limit.
BTW: HUMID heat is much more unbearable than dry heat only if you are talking about humans and not engines. For an example In New Mexico a DRY 90 degree day is just fine. In Houston Texas or Florida a 90 degree very HUMID day seems HOT to people. That is because we need to evaporate our perspiration, which produces a cooling change (the changing of liquid state to a gas state is the principle in which refrigeration units work).
Motorcycle engines do not perspire! A motorcycle engine actually prefers a HUMID air for better/more efficient heat transfer!
